Woodland — Shoes sole left the leather

I had purchased the shoes from woodland store at Westend MAll, Ferozepur Road Ludhiana on dated 31/12/2016. In April 2016 when i was on duty and was walking the sole of my shoes left the upper leather part. as i was on duty and my work suffer on that day as i have to leave my duty inbetween and come to home.
I am sending my shoes to your store. you are requested to replace it at the earliest.

I have a pair of woodland shoe .But i have Faced one issue, that is the leather part is partially separated from the sole . I have faced this issue more than two times, And your service is very worst which results recurring the same issue and your servicing period is too long (above 30days). Kindly help me.
