Woodland — unable to return the good

I have ordered one woodland wallet as on 16th july 2020 (Order no 2056939) which was delivered on 27th july but while checking the status of order it is still showing ready to ship.
I want to return my order but unable to do so because i am not getting that option on the website due to ready to ship status.
Kindly reslove my issue as soon as possible
