Woodland — Woodland jacket colour problem

I have bought woodland jacket with duck feathers. The colour of the chain started coming out out of the jacket nd destroyed the whole jacked. I just washed once nd evan hand wash not even in washing machine. It's just 2 months old. I tried to return the product but the shopkeeper denied. Now plz help me what should i do. It jacked priced me rs 7000
