[Resolved] Woodpecker Furniture — Cot wood - poor quality

I had bought many products from woodpecker but buying a cot from there is not suggested to anyone because of poor quality of wood which they use. Cots are weightless and inside wood getting broken very quickly.

I recently bought a king size cot with bed there but the inside wood broken completely and lodged a compliant and the person came had a look at it and went but unfortunately still he hasn't come back to repair it.

Poor after sales service and pathetic service.

I will not recommend this shop to anyone else going forward. They attract people by showing high discounts but when you go inside they have various clause and conditions. Very bad.

As discussed on 20-Apr-16 morning and with reference to your complaint regarding the Cot, we wish to address your queries as follows: 1. We have supplied the 329 - Ord King Size Cot (Mhg Color) against the Sale Order number NM/0271/14-15 on 28-May-14. 2. The product was received by you without any complaints and the same was acknowledged by you. 3. We have received your complaint on 09-Apr-16 mentioning Reaper Broken issue in your Cot, which was registered with the number 196 and our Technician has inspected the product on 10-Apr-16. 4. Based on the Inspection Report, we understand that the Reaper was broken due to usage. Hence on 11-Apr-16, we had informed Rs. 750/- toward the Replacement of damaged Reaper. We regret for the delay in processing your complaint. 5. As discussed on 20-Apr-16 morning, we have arranged to replace the damaged Reaper on 21-Apr-16. 6. Further, the damaged Reaper was replaced to your satisfaction on 20-Apr-16 and the same has also been confirmed from your end on 21-Apr-16. Hope that we have clarified your queries.
