WOOE.com — I bought test series from wooe website at rate 699 rs and didn't get test

Sir i hope you will help me at my ville there are no test series available f ias so i searched on internet and i found wooe.com web that provide low cost and i subscribed that test @699 and this amount diduct from my account but i didn't gate test series
Now they are not giving replay
And on there website no option available for complaints plz sir help me
