Woosale — delivered low quality saree instead of the one which I had booked for..

I was surfing facebook and find ad of Woosale for sarees. I booked a saree of rs. 1000 ( golden south silk saree) but today they deliverd me a saree of diffrenet design that too of low quality which is not at all worth for 1000... i tried their no. which is from surat but they are not answering. even i sent them a msg stating the return but still no responce..

I have ordered fancy blue color south silk saree designer saree*1 but received a cheapest one i want to return it back and need compensation. What is the procedure to return it back. If not favoured i will complaint to consumer court. Resolve my problem as soon as possible. My order no is #9132
I Received through ecom express.AWB NUMBER-[protected] I can't contact you thru [protected]. It's always busy when called
Solve my issue as soon as possible.
And make sure others are being cheated in the same way.
