I had started a process for worker visa (Australia) through world advisor consultants located in mohali in april 2016. Process started as they would get a job offer letter for me and for that i have to pay 25000 and that is non refundable,, i accept that and after that security amount of 100000 to be paid which is refundable if i don't get the worker visa, to my surprise days passed year passed, finally my medical happened and in between that so many agents changed, even people not picking up my calls if i call from different number then they pick and after that one day i get called sir this is the checklist required but it wasn't worker visa it was tourist visa and there reply was sir tourist lae lo wahan jaker aapka hum worker visa karwa denge... It's more than 1.5 yrs i haven't received my security money, it's mentioned on the contract which we had done... But they guys don't entertain my calls anymore no reply to my emails, i can't go to there office everyday i am in ahmedabad n they are in mohali.. Please somebody help me as 100000 is not small amount, i don't even ask for offer letter amount.
