World Tourio — misleading and misrepresentation to lure clients

It is a Fraud Company. When you go to collect your coupon, They ask you to sit for 45 min session & only after that u will get coupon. Then when you sit, they show you all 5 star property pictures & lure you to take membership.

Whenever i askedfor booking for 5star hotel as they had shown ; they said the hotel is not available & gave me 1 or 2 star hotels. Also I had to pay taxes of 1300 per day above membership fee for each night booking (which hotels i checked their cost was also same on Goibibo/yatra/booking.com etc) So they were cheating by taking money but tried to show they r not taking extra money.

HORRIBLE/PATHETIC customer service. They are rude & worst.
They didnt give me my money back inspite of non stop follow ups & complaining.
I had decided to go to Police, that time they gave me my money.

Have you became member?? If yes then have you avail any holidays from them. I became member but till date not used any holidays. They are providing movie tickets every month as promised. Please share your experience. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

dear sir, I had taken membership in ur world tourio on[protected] . when firstly approach in ur office there meet Deepak and dharmendra they have fill up one form which they mention all these offers in this form . your employee was given the below listed offer to me

1. give pigon friyer but yet not received pl. send my registerd office urgently

3. six + one trip free ( five is international and two is national ) given six in agreement but one description is not - PL .CONFIRM
4.Any event you book the hall and rent paid my company -PL .CONFIRM
5. ALL PACKAGES WILL YOU MEET AT FIVE STAR AND ABOVE CATOGARY HOTAL - PL. CONFIRM
all these offer are not meet up to date . your surat representative ( dharmendra and Deepak - [protected] ) ask to me to come in 45 days but more then 150 days left out yet not received offers. ur representative Deepak not pick up my phone and surat office also close .I talk with ur back office mr. sanjay bhai but he is not given any satisfactory reply to me . i had paid all money in one time .
so please give me confirmation about above matter . THIS TYPE OF ACT IS not good for company . IF NOT POSSIBLE FOR YOU THEN REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT .

I again thanks to Sanjay Sir for this trip. Sanjay Sir always help me to reach the hotel and also for booking of train or air tickets.
This is good company and thanks to world tourio for this trip and hope always u provide me great trip and fulfil the promise which had given me on joining membership. Like air fryer and Dubai trip etc.

They are misleading & misrepresenting right from the word go.
We were promised amazing gifts absolutely free and no money to be paid for anything at all. I was assured a free 2 nights 3 days stay inclusive of travel and food to the place of my choice on their list anywhere in india, further i was assured a 6 night /7 day stay at no additional cost anywhere from the list (I have to pay for my travel & food), i was told that there is no presentation of sorts and that i will just be explained how to use the gifts i visited their place at senapati bapat marg on the basis ofthese false promises & fell hard on our face from the word go.
We raised the issue with their team leader who advertised himself to us after great insistence and resistance from our end.

The staff also was droid and some terms and conditions also hide. They just want money, after u give money they don't revert to us,

When I visited the staff was amol April and pratima both are froud, amol restricted because misguided to clients and hide some conditions, and pratima block my number when I demand my refund ..

Plz help and suggest me what I do.

very bad experience from day one.wrong high expectations dreams given on presentation day by sales represetative & are not committed when availed the tours, extra amount to be paid during tour selections.

After continous followups & regular visit at vasai west office they have refunded me 72000/- out of 80000/-which i paid by credit card after deducting GST.

I have paid Rs 400000. Lac to this froud company Include membership+property package. I am only interested to buy property Which is the property they show in boiser are in the forest and property is not legal when I ask to cancel my membership and refund my money 400000 lac rupees they don't want to give refund and talking to many ### story And today they speak to me it's your choice to go in the court and take refund from the court this senoriyo happened in just 2 days time 100% froud company
How they are cheap and third class people doing froud and talking like They GENUINE people I am die if they not return my money government and police take action from this froud company
I am really frarsted to talking these kind people
This 400000 lac rupees is big amount for they take me there trust and make me foolish even these kind people don't feel any same to live life
