Hello Sir or Madam,
I am writing this complaint against WWICS new Delhi branch, My name is Gurmukh Singh and file no - 83992, I had applied for Permanent Resident for Canada under Federal Skilled Worker Program but my file never processed by WWICS unfortunately. I would like to complaint about the following points.
1. I have Paid them INR75000+tax as their fees which is non refundable and also paid US$1300 ( refundable) for Canada landing fees and it has been 6 months they have not provided me a receipt for the US$1300 and I have asked them so many times but they never provided the receipt for that.
2. As per their counselor US$1300 will be refunded to me if file is not processed at any case and also as per the agreement.
3. I have provided them the deceleration form for my refund US$1300 on 02 January 2015 and they said they will refund within 3 months as per Mr. Bidhan, but till date I have not received even a SINGLE DOLLAR.
4. After 3 months they told me that the management has only approved US$500 to be refunded and again they said it will take another 3 months to refund and also said there will not be any communication furthermore and still I have not received any Refund.
5. I also spoke to Customer Care Department about this issue and they also not Helped me on this.
6. When I was submitting my documents to them in November, they told me the file has been delayed and can not be processed and I will have to pay them again INR75000 for Express entry program. So it was just a money making procedure.
7. They Misguided me for processing my file and asked to give them fees again INR75000.
Please look into the above mentioned points and provide me a resolution.
