I placed an order for ktm rc390 decal on this website on 29th march 2019 through their website's whatsapp no. And it costed 3100 rupees and paid through imps (Bank transfer). I have been waiting for more than 20 days and its five days past the delivery period (14-15days delivery period). Now they are not even picking my calls and the customer support is really worst. They are making foolish claims that due to election they are unable to send the product which means they haven't even sent the product yet. I have posted my whatsapp conversation along with this complaint
