On 04.10.2021 I have booked my complaint against WTC on https://pgportal.gov.in ( Portal managed directly by the PMO). It is kindly requested to complain there also so the the voice of many people is heard collectively

THERE IS AGREEMENT BETWEEN GUJARAT INTERNATIOANL FINANCE TEC-CITY COMPANY LIMITED(GIFTCL) A GOVERMENT COMPANY AND DEVELOPER TO SET UP COMMERICAL BUILDING IN THE NAME OF WORLD TRADE CENTER GIFT CITY (as per agreement copy) AND STILL NO ACTION AGAINST THE DEVELPOER AS PROJECT GOT DELAY . WE SHOULD APPROACH GIFTCL TO SLOVE THE MATTER

I too am planning to go RERA court and file a case against wtc as ones person from tower B has won the case and now its sure the company is not going to give assured returns
