[Resolved]  WVP International — appeal to directors, wvp international, to expedite refund demand!!

Dear directors, megha khari & chetan rana, of wvp international,
With due respect to your esteemed office, i humbly communicate to you in respect of my complaint for the refund of monies that wvp received from ugandan supposed clients. The issues of my complaint have really taken a considerable amount of time, since may 2018 when they started occurring. After wvp services private ltd solicited for money from employment opportunity seeking persons and claiming to offer canada immigration services to them, no service was rendered by the company.
Between around april and july 2019, a number of supposed clients remitted funds to the wvp international bank account with the icici bank in india. The funds were remitted through one harriet mbabazi jerilee’s equity bank account in uganda. As wvp international failed to provide the claimed services, we (The supposed clients) requested for refunds of the remitted funds from uganda. With a continued heated communication for the refunds, wvp international relented and accepted to conduct a refund. But the refund was to be conducted through the same route of the funds remittance. Harriet consented for the use of her bank account to conduct the remittance, as the icici bank demanded in october 2019. All conditions set by wvp for the refund, including authenticating the equity bank account holder-ship through a letter the bank sent to wvp, were eventually fulfilled. However, wvp personnel (E. G. One kamaldeep) in charge of the refund continued raising controversies about the amount to be refunded, yet its well-known that wvp never carried out any services for the clients from uganda instead of the continued frustrating engagements it had with the clients — e. G. Documents were costly certified, notarized and courier services paid for delivery to wvp apart from other overhead costs encountered. Wvp should have actually compensated its clients more than whatever they remitted!!!
I am therefore very kindly putting this complaint you, the directors of wvp, to kindly see and hear our plea. For, most us who remitted monies to wvp international had borrowed these monies with the hope of refunding to where we borrowed after successfully obtaining foreign employment from wvp international’s work about it. But now the owners from whom monies were borrowed suspect the borrowers to be fraudulent and are now posing threats of taking legal action and imprisonment. The issue of these monies has strained relationships and has caused stress everywhere because of the losses incurred. Please, directors, help us in this matter for letting wvp international to fully refund the monies. Your positive action would definitely legitimize your company if truly, you directors, are not any part of the orchestration of fraud in your company. The communications i have ever had in my emails to wvp have been in a raw so as to track some evidences of my claims from some previous communications.in any case how the communication has been conducted and if there are any evidences that may be adduced from it, then i will be in position to retrieve all of the communication for reference.
