[Resolved]  WVP International — appeal to directors, wvp international, to recommend genuine refund amount

Directors wvp international, megha khari and chetan rana, please intervene in this matter if your company really is founded on the bed rock of truth and genuineness. The wvp refund team has agreed a final refund amount of 32373/- down from the amount paid of 50000/-. If, after the 18% gst the amount came to 42373/-, the charges of outward remittance by icici bank are less than 1000/-!! Why then is wvp laying bank charges of 10000/- on the amount (42373/-) to be refunded? Moreover, the icici bank account is the company's account which it needs to maintain by its own funds!! Shifting the so called bank charges of 10000/- on the supposed client is not just at all!!. The client expected service, the service was not rendered and now the client's money is been deducted on all costs which they never expected to meet!!! How??? The gs tax is a government mandate and is genuine but the so called bank charges are a fraud!!!
