I had submitted my case via receipt no [protected] dated april 27, 2015

Paid upfront aed 8, 800 whole fees to process our case they took all our documents and keep pending for nine months they calculate our score and saying crs score is going to reduce every month our crs 310 and required was 452 which seem impossible anyhow they keep saying i ask if they fails are they will returned my amount and the consultant said yes we refund 75% if not qualify two years gone now they are asking another amoimt to process i’m another program as we are not qualify i am shocked and request them to retuned my money from last three month and they are not even replying this i my hard earned money i need your help on human ground to intervene and collect my amount thanks
