WWICS Group — unethical behaviour, miscommunication and unnecessary delay in my son study visa to canada

Wwics rajouri garden branch delhi unnecessary harassed me

1st harassment is that they didn't informed me before signing the contract with them that i have to visit mohali head office for submitting my son's study visa documents.

2nd harassment was caused to me and my son when i was not informed about the deadline of submitting the study visa in canadian embassy.

3rd harassment was caused to me and my son when we were not told about the fact that without the gic certifcate we can't apply for study visa.

4th harrasment was caused to me and my son when we went to mohali head office and they told us to provide a document called backlog letter from college.

5th harassment that we both faced is that, even after providing all the documents and the credit card information, our study visa filling is still pending as on 29th nov., where the deadline is 30th november.

Now i will explain to you in detail and with the documents :

1. On receiving loa letter from the canadian college and after paying the full fee my son signed a contract with wwics rajouri garden delhi branch office and mrs. Shifali was our authorized agent. The contract form and the fee reciept to wwics is attached

2. Because of her negligence we were late in openning the gic account. And when we opened the gic account, she never told us to deposit the amount on time as the bank takes 5-10 or may be more days to send the gic certificate. When she told us we deposited the needed amount in it. Then she told us that without gic certificate we cannot submit the documents for study visa and further told us that 30th november.'19 was the deadline to submit the documents when we came to know this we immediately contacted the new scotia bank on live chat. The bank said they wont help us in this matter and would act according to the process which means that we would get the gic certificate maybe on 29th nov or with in 29th november. (The document of live chat with the bank is attached). Then on the next day i contacted my bank and ask for the swift copy. After e-mailing swift copy of the amount deposited in scotia bank i recieved my gic cetificate with in 2 hours, on the same day. All these efforts were done by us without getting any assistance from the wiics delhi branch office.

2, in the meantime, i asked shifali to let us know about any other documents needed for study visa as we had very less time. She told me to pay rs 2360 for the sop letter as their lawyer will take three days to prepare the letter. I deposited the required amount in the axis bamk on 20th november 2019. Till now ie. 29th november '19, we haven't recieved any sop letter.

3. On 23rd nov.'19 we went to the branch office to fixed an appontment with the mohali head office. Shevali was absent so we met miss simran. She made us to fill the forms on the computer. I and my son requested her to fixed the appointent for monday in order to save the time. As shivali was absent o she refused to do so as she was not authorized to do so. Then on monday ie 25th nov'19 we met shivali to recheck all the documents and we got the appointment for
Tuesday ie. On 26th nov'19. The finalized checklist in her handwriting is attached.

Now from here i will explain the negligence and misbehaviour of the wiics mohali head office employees

1. On reaching mohali headoffice on 26th nov.'19 on the scheduled time at 2:00 pm, we met mr. Gurmeet singh. After checking all the documents he asked us to provide a backlog letter from the college where my son studied. Now the question arises
Q1. How in such a short period we would be able to provide the document from delhi? And

Q2' why we were not informed about this document by the delhi branch office
2. Further he told us a shocking news that without this letter he would not send the documents for assessment to their lawyer on requesting him, mr. Anil, who was gurmeet's senior told us to try to avail the letter and in the meantime he would send my son's document for assessment, which further would take 2 days to return from the lawyer.

3. On the same day we came back to delhi and reached at
1: 00 am. On 27th nov '19.in the morning aproximately at
11:30 am i called shivali and asked her why she did't tell me about the backlog letter. She told me that this document was not mandatory and would tell gurmeet to send the documents for assessment to the lawyer in canada.

4. Next day ie. On 28th nov.'19 i called gurmeet to know the status of my son 's file and he shocked me by telling that he had told shifali to send an e-mail to authorize him to start the process without the backlog letter. I never recieved this information from shibvali. Then i asked mr. Gurmeet that if he hadn;t recieved any mail from me he could have contacted me either by e-mail or me or on the phone. He cut off the phone without any response.

5. Then i called mr. Anil and he told me that he would be looking after our file now and would send it to the lawyer for assessment. He further asked me to send the credit card details to pay the fee for submitting the documents to the embassy for study visa. The email of giving authorization to process the file and credit card is attached.

6. Now the current situation is that it's 29th nov '19 and still my son's visa filing has not been done inspite of providing all the documents including credit card details. Further mr anil missled us by saying that by today he would sumbit the documents for study visa to the embassy.

7. 30th nov is the last date of submitting the file for study visa. Now you tell me what to do?

Moreover the branch office breached their contract where it was written that the fee for processing the study visa should be paid via cheque or demand draft. Where they took cash from me. Further, the amount rs 11800 was the fee for services which include
1. Shortlisting universities and course (We dindn't provide this service from them }
2. Assisting the clint in preparing study visa (Which was not provided to me with unprofessional and unethical behavior)
