I Placed an order from chupchaplelo.com (order ID OID53624 ) on 24/12/2015. The product was a pair of shoes. I received the order on 2/01/2016 but wrong pair of shoes were delivered to me. I wrote a mail regarding the same problem on the same day of delivery and asked them to return my money as the company 's return and refund policy states. But they have not replied till now. I also tried calling on there customer care number unlimited times but it always said that the user is busy on other line and no one replied. There customer care number is [protected]. All i want is to get my money back. Nothing else. The first photo is the one which is delivered to me and the second photo is the of shoe which i ordered and the 3rd pic is of the invoice.The 4th and 5th pic is of the the mail that i received when i placed the order and the 6th pic is the mail that i wrote to the company. So kindly look into the matter and take whatever necessary steps that should be taken as i have tried everything but the company officials have not yet responded to my mails also not to my calls.
