[Resolved] www.credr.com — Promised service not given | |||||
I reserved a bike pulsar 180dts-i with credr rating 4.3, model september, 2013, 19320 km, 178 cc, 1 owner (S), k r puram railway station, bangalore priced at Rs.48, 000/-. At 8 o'clock on 04/06/2016 and i paid reservation amount of rs.999/- for reserving the bike for me for next 48 hrs. But it was sold by the company without my permission before completion of 48 hours. It was supposed to be reserve upto 06/06/2016 till 01:30 pm but i told today i. E. On 05/06/2016 at 3 pm that bike is sold sir and you select some other bike. This is serious fraud where a company is not giving its customer the service promised to be given within given time frame.. I want you to file a public litigation or a case in consumer court. Jun 5, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Company said it is their policy they and sell any vehicle during reserve period also without giving any intimation to the party. this is their resolution.
