Dear sir/madam, I have applied pan card correction online through the website "www.applypanonline.com" before 25 days and submitted all the documents required to them.in between these days they demanded more documents which i have submitted as per their requirements. This work can be easily done offline at lower cost but i have applied online so that i can get the services easily. After taking all the documents they are not even replying. I have mail them many time but no response from their side. I request you to please take action as soon as possible. Regards, Girja sharan bansal Mob. I have experienced the same thing, horrible service never apply thru them avoid them. Very unhelpful, not fit to get u a pan card. Bad guidelines totally frustrating n terrible experience

I applied for PAN Card creation on ApplyPanOnline.com.But i come to know that they are charging 3 times more than government site.They have provided option for cancel request and get refund.I done the same and generated a ticket for refund . Every time their executive close my ticket with any information.30 days gone, but still not get refund and no confirmation.
