Bank Account was charged though Online Movie Ticket booking got failed On 5th of December 2015 at around 05:30 pm I tried to book movie tickets through www.bookmyshow.com website of Movie “TAMASHA” by paying through Bank of India’s Debit Card. Online Movie ticket booking got failed at that time even though INR 276.36 money from my bank account got charged. I tried again for the same and another time Movie ticket booking got failed though again the same amount got charged from my Bank Account. Both the times from bookmyshow.com I got mail on my registered email id that your ticket booking was not successful. After getting these mails, when I immediately made complaint on bookmyshow.com website’s live chat, they assured me of refund after some working days. When I did not get any refund for many days, I got Bank account’s statement printed and made an online complaint on 16/12/2015 from bookmyshow.com websites’s complaint section. I attached the Bank account statement copy in that file, too. For that complaint I was given registered ticket id for that complaint i.e. Ticket Id [#1267223]. That mail was just replied with the registered Ticket id on the same day and nothing was replied on that matter after that day i.e. 16/12/2015. So I had to remind them about the same complaint and I did it on 21/12/2015. I made an online chat by bookmyshow.com website’s online chat service and explained my whole complaint to them. The executive was arguing that they have not got any confirmation from their payment gateway. So he had asked for more 48 hours to work on this complaint. 8 Days have been passed after that and still no reply is there from their side. I have kept the chat history of the last chat I did. I book tickets on bms through freecharge.money was deducted from my free charge wallet. I contact freecharge they said transaction was successful from there side ..contact bms i want my money back .email id [protected]@gmail.com, mob no [protected] and bms also don't reply my emails ...
