I bought bike frm credr in jan 2016 and till now 13 july2016 i have not yet got my rc book frm rto. although credr first said that they will look abt all paper work and they took money for paper work. firstly the bike dealer was not at all professional becoz he was delaying in further process of bike transfr work then any how after i forced them to do then he gave my work to their rto agent and that guy misplaced my documents and he too delayed in submitting papers in rto and yet i dnt have got my rc book frm rto and they r saying that i have to go and check in rto. y the hell then they took extra fee for paper work when i have to go and check what the issue is.inshort very bad service provider credr is.

I am too facing the same problem. Credr took my documents 4 times and still did not receive RC book. Which city you bought bike and dealer name?

My bike is not giving proper mileage and credr guys are not claiming that, even if it is in warranty period..

I am too facing the same problem. Credr took my documents 4 times and still did not receive RC book.very slow .dealer was not at all professional becoz he was delaying in further process of my car
