I bought pulsar 150cc 2011 model for 37500 on 2nd january`16.
I have paid total amount and 1500 for registration transfer on the same day..I have followed up to 2 months with relationship manager manish, he didn't give proper answer and i am irritated and filed complaint at customer care for 4 time, without giving proper resolution they have closed all my complaints. And finally last week after long discussion with customer care representative they told that it is ready and available at dealers shop. So today i have gone to collect it but he is saying that till now he didn't get my address proof, which i have sent on 12th january through mail.
These may days this guys made me fool, now i checked on govt official site it is still with on previous owner name Was this information helpful? |
