Sir i have recharged my bsnl mobile number [protected] through paytm.com on[protected] amount has been deducted from my state bank of india saving account but i did not received any recharge so i contact to paytm care helpline and they promise me to refund my money in between 3 to 21 days since now i have not received my money and now website stop replying to my emails kindly help to get me my money back... paytm order number was :[protected] and SBI account number is [protected] and bank transaction id is IGN4230198 transaction date [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

It indicate the transaction against Order Id[protected] got failed and later it was refunded back to your bank.
As per our records, we initiated the transfer of Rs. 251 to your bank account from our side as of 30.10.2013. We suggest you please verify your bank statement till the date.
