[Resolved] www.yatra.com — water activities not provide in andaman worth rupees 15000/-

Compensation /refund required for the activities which were not provided during my travel to andaman package.

Scuba diving, semi - submarine, glass bottom boat ride included in my package, but only glass boat ride provided. Main activities scuba and semi submarine not provided.

Yatra must provide compensation/refund for the activities which we were not provided during my travel as we opt the package only due to these activities.

Moreover other couples/group member having the same package in cost around 60-65 k and i availed the same package in much higher cost.

Updated by singlanurag In that case i have to knock the door of consumer court because if promised things can't provided from package due to any circumstances you have to return the amount back for same.

Same has been informed to me by your yatra representative present in Andaman, that after completing the trip you can claim for your refund for water activities.
