I tried to book Domestic flight ticket on 11.11.2018 through Yatra.com using SBI Credit card. An amount of Rs 7641/- was debited to my SBI Credit card account but ticket not generated and booking not confirmed. In spite of my several calls to Yatra they did not respond and not refunded my amount. On 20.11.2018 SBI Credit card raised invoice in which 7641/- is also included and I need to pay the amount. The payment gateway used is PayPal Yatraonline. The transaction was successful at payment gateway and yatra.com received that amount, but no responsive to my complaint.
