I also got the same intimation letter from bharath advocate. This intimation letter informs you that xcel company has field a case under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount. Section 73. Imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss, Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken, Section 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract. So as you are not full fill the agreement rule, so that the company has take the help of legal proceeds for his compensation. So pay the amount as per agreement, so pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file, if the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the legal procedure. We are xcel network legal department. This email is to inform you that You have fail/not submit/cancel your work. Then according to the Terms& conditions, you have to pay rs. 4600+1000 noc/- as soon as If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you. They gave 2500 forms and needs to complete in 10 days of time. I have completed the project successfully but also they are using some fake QC reports and cheating everyone.

second thing i want to let you know that company is 100% genuine as we provide you agreement which gives you all the term and condition bound . Also call verification had been done between you and company from company side to again aware you terms and condition
1) We at the team are just informing you that as per the term and conditions of the contract you need to pay the outstanding amount. Paying or Not Paying is your decision.
2) We can send the legal notice to you for recovering our dues also which we are doing.
3) NEXT step is to appoint an arbitration as per the contractual term and condition which we soon be concluded and same would be send to the person who has not paid the amount. You can consult the lawyer for the same.
4) We can file a Summary Suit under Order 37, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in tribunal court of law, Surat and the procedure will be there after.
I dont want to behave like immature persons. We are proceeding as per our legal guidance in the court of law. I personal dont care for what you are writing online because when the proof will be asked in black and white, we have all the email communication, Your call verification before the work was issued about explaining T&C of contract and accepted Digital online agreement, Valid under IT Acts.

It's ok that an agreement has been happens between you and the people. But if you are genuinely want some body to get your work done. Then you should also understand the work load given to us.
First of all you call for a job to us saying it as part time job and gives a workload of full time jobs. I have also signed the contract but initially It didn't felt that the workload would be higher for a working professional.
If you are really genuine then you should modify your workload policy according to candidate applying for job. Off course you should have minimum forms like 3000 forms / months is possible. Not 5000 forms for a working professional.
You will get complete accuracy and value for time as well.
Just think about it.

It all fake . I had also done the work and completeed on time . But every time it failed in QC . Dont ecen think its all fake. The qc will fail you every time.. its a trap
