[Resolved] Xeryus Retail Private Limited — armaf perfume order not received | |||||
Hi, I am Mohammed Muthiur Rahman from Hyderabad, India. On 11th of October I placed an order for Armaf Club de nuit intense man perfume. I paid ₹1598 through my debit card and the payment was made through PayU and the merchant was Xeryus Retails Private Limited. It was also written that for any issues I need to contact unboxed.in. After that suddenly from very next day I was unable to login to the website. When I track through the order ID it says the order has not been shipped yet. The order ID is 9008737. I'll attach a screenshot of the receipt as well. When I try to reach them on call neither armaf.in people pick up nor unboxed.in people. I am beginning to feel that these are fraud companies and my money is lost. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 27, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I found out the contact number of owner through one of his websites. He helped me resolve this issue. He also gave me contact number of a support person who made sure that my order is delivered. The product was damaged when received so they were kind enough to send me another one. | |||||
