[Resolved]  Xiaomi India, Bangalore — Redmi Note 10S Frost White, 8GB/128 GB is not working from one month of purchase!!

Dear sir,

I bought Redmi Note 10S from the Sangeetha showroom in Meenakshi Mall on 12/05/2022. Initially, I did not face a problem but from the very next month, the phone gets hung. I thought it could be of network issues, so I changed the sim networks, yet the problem is not rectified. Later I tried with wifi alone with zero sim card then too the phone failed to work.

I contacted the Sangeetha showroom, they infomed me that I should contact the service center and I tried there too three times. After repairing it three times, the problem remains the same.

Each time I give the phone to the service center, I have to back up the apps and uninstall and reinstall the apps. And wait for days. It is too much trouble without the phone working. (The motherboard is also changed now but no improvement)

Now I have no more time to visit the shop or the service center for repairs.

Earlier 10k Redmi Phones worked well for me, but this time I spent 17000/- but no use.

Note: I have been trying the following methods for four months now:
With reboot failed
with update failed
with dual sim, failed
with single sim, failed
with wifi failed
with other networks failed
with service center failed
with the change, the new motherboard failed.

What to try hearafter? I don't have patience to try anymore.

PLEASE REFUND.
