they wont give u bck ur mobile within 35 to 40 days.i hav experienced it...i bought xiaomi redmi note 3 (MARCH 20TH 2016) which is a brand new phone, within nxt 12 days i got a prob of mother board they said me it will take 12 to 15 working days.now its been almost a month n 6 days past now they are sayin me phone part is available n they ll give me it bck by nxt 3 to 4 working days.They are so rude to talk they dont even care for customer in service centre. xiaomi thumbs down
