Xiaomi India — damaged phone not getting replaced. | |||||
Consumer complaint : — Order num : [protected] I purchased a "redmi 4" phone from www.mi.com/in website on 08/09/17. I got the order delivered on 11/09/17. When opened, i found there was a small dent/damage below the power button. So i raised a complaint (Incident:[protected] to replace. They were supposed to replace it within 10 days, but i am yet to get a call back reg the same till today. Was this information helpful? | |||||
