This is regarding a delay in delivery of an order, order id: [protected], for over 2 months. It has been 2 weeks since the relaxation of lockdown, yet there seems to be no signs of the delivery. I had lodhed a complaint on 19th may, and i was promised for the issue to be resolved within 5-7 days, yet here i am on 29th may. I visited the warehouse where the shipment was last tracked, and they said they cannot deliver because of a technical issue from the logistics. 2 complaints were filed, id: wo:osin[protected]-2c0f and woin[protected] respectively, still there has been no attempt at the issue.
