Xiaomi India — delivery of product

I place online request for power bank on 12-10-18 with order id [protected] where the contact no was mentioned wrong. There was 3 attempt showing on portal with remark customer not available but actually i am available at given address i. E. They are updating status without any attempt. I also provided correct contact no on courier company website but again same status. There is no proper response from customer service side even after multiple reminder. When i called, they provided contact details of courier company but same is continues busy. Request id generated from there side is isin[protected]fb70
