I got an mi earphones on june 11th 2020 and one earphone stopped working and microphone did not worked. So i went to exchange the product and they asked us to book an online slot for exchange. I have been trying to book slot since onw month and always it is booked. I waited from 12 am till next day 12am and it was never available. I don't know how people are booking them or you are just keeping it as booked to escape. I reached your customer care and they said they will empty the slots and update it. But till now they have no been free. Let me know how to proceed for exchange. Really disappointing. Was this information helpful? |
