[Resolved] Xiaomi India — Extended Warranty - Unfair Policy | |||
Purchased Xiaomi Mi 5X 50 on the launch. Invoice C[protected] through MI.com portal. Option for 1 Year Extended warranty was available and same was selected. Had I not selected this your installation Service Team would have offered comprehensive 2 Year Warranty. Why such discrimination in Online and Offline process of Extended Warranty And further to your unfair policy, you introduce 2 Year Extended warranty Online later and despite following up through several mediums Twitter, Emails etc and ready to pay addition Delta amount you guys are not reverting back Have been discussing this for last 2 weeks but response Early buyers have trust in MI and thus without waiting for proper reviews we buy the product and your unfair policies and discrimination make us feel cheated.
