I had ordered a mi tv horizon edition 40 inch and it was delivered at 11 July and installed on the same by the mi engineer. The worked properly for two days and from 3rd day there were lining on screen and no display. I informed it to mi service and register a complaint on 13 July after the engineer verified the problem of screen panel and it your tv will be replaced i and told the head of mi service bokaro Baban Prasad to replace my tv as it was on replacement period .
And he assured me that your tv will be replaced in 1 week .
And tomorrow he called and said your spare parts has arrived i told him what i told you again again to replace my tv becz it in replacement period and you gave your words and assured me that he will definitely replaced not you are saying this . Today again i called him and him and said i have returned the parts that has arrived and requested for replacement . I don't how bad is their service for how i have to wait now already waiting for 10 days now
