[Resolved] Xiaomi India — I'm complaining about the poor service at 'MI Exclusive Service Center' in Mohali | |||
I submitted my Redmi 3s prime device at the service center on June 21, 2017 due to issue with the display and I was given a complaint letter with all the details. I was told that I had to pay INR 2, 212 due to some internal damage although it was in warranty. I received my phone on June 27, 2017 and the display issue was resolved and I paid the full amount. The employee at the helpdesk told me that they would email me the receipt for the payment and the warranty of 1 year still continues. The complaint letter was also taken back and I only have the sms that I received from the company. I would request to please look into the issue and help to get the receipt for the payment or otherwise the full refund of amount in case of fraudulent. Jul 4, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I received a call from the company saying that they have emailed the receipt to the another email address(the one that I told them to change). Further, they said that I have to visit the service center to receive the hardcopy of the receipt as they cannot resend it on the correct email.
I am not satisfied with the service as the service center never picks up calls and visiting them was the last option anyways. | |||
