I purchased a MI 5 Pro phone on 10th September 11.35 Pm. For some reason i wanted to cancel that order but site asked me to contact customer service. So i dropped an email to customer service at Sep 11, 2018 at 10:35 AM. (Refer the screenshot from attached email for message asking to contact customer service for refund)
By the time customer service responded to my issue the product was shipped and operator replied saying please don’t accept the product. So when courier guy came for delivery, i told him that I don’t need one phone so please take it back but he refused to take back the phone.
Now, Phone is delivered and i am following up and raising complain but MI team is not able to resolve problem and in fact they have closed my complaint without providing resolution for ticket - WOIN[protected]. Again I called back and the team has raised new complaint WOIN[protected].
I am attaching the screenshot for error message when I tried canceling the order on Sep 11, 2018 at 10:35 AM which was not shipped during that time. Also attaching the screenshot for the entire delivery time for you to understand when the order was shipped.
I request you to kindly look in to this issue and arrange the return and refund as soon as possible.
