Xiaomi India — MI 65 Inch LED TV repair/replacement not done for 2 months

I am writing this message in extreme disappointment and sadness after struggling a lot with Xiaomi Service center, Tambaram, Chennai.
I bought a MI 4X 65 inch ultra HD LED TV in August 2020. My tv got repaired in the first week of November. I called the MI customer care and booked for the service request. They said that the technician will visit my home within 48hrs but he had visited my home only after a week, that is on 15th of November. After analysing my TV, he said that the panel has to be replaced and it will be covered by warranty. He placed the order on the same day(15th November) and they said that the repair will be completed on or before 25th of this month. But no one turned up till 25th November.

Again I called the customer care and raised a complaint regarding the same with complaint number WO:ISIN[protected]-0F51. In customer care they said that the repair will be completed on or before 8th December by extending another 10 days. On December 8th the service team brought one replacement TV to my home. When they opened the new box they found that the TV had damages on the panel. So they took back the new TV which they brought and said that within another one week the TV will be replaced.

After three days Mr.Venkatesh Kulkarni( Mobile No: [protected]) from Xiaomi Service centre called me and said that MI voucher will be given to me instead of panel replacement. For the above process of providing the voucher, he said that my old TV has to be picked up from my home and it has to be transported to the Bangalore Service Center. He said that only after the above process voucher will be given to me. I accepted the offer and asked them to pick up the old TV unit. For picking up the TV unit they took another 1 week and finally they arrived on 17th of December. After Arriving to my home they asked for the box of my TV unit to safely pack the TV unit. Since it is a large box, I disposed it due to non availability of space in my home. The service center people returned back without picking up the TV due to non availability of the box. Again when I called the Tambaram service center and they said that they have ordered for the TV box and they will pick up the TV unit only after receiving the box.
On 25th December, they finally came and took my repaired TV unit. They said that the voucher will be credited within 3 days. But it has not been credited yet to my MI account. On 30th December (Today) a person from Xiaomi called me and said that the voucher will be credited to my account before January 2022 extending another one week. All the process have been completed but I really don’t know why they need another one week to credit the voucher to my account. Already I and my family members are suffering a lot for almost two months without the TV.

The people in the service center are very less responsive and not picking up the customer calls . I have been trying to call them to know the status but no one picked up my call. I have raised a complaint again in MI customer care stating the same reason with my complaint number Woin[protected]. I have also sent mail to Nodal officer ([protected]@xiaomi.com) and Grievance officer(grievance.[protected]@xiaomi.com) regarding the issue on December 18th, But there is no proper response. But no one contacted me till now to resolve the same. They are picking up the calls, only if I call from some other number. I have spent 55000 rupees for buying this TV and still I have not completed paying my EMIs. The Service Center people are not picking up my phone calls and not responding to my messages at all, avoiding me completely. I don’t t know to whom else i have to contact to repair my TV.
