[Resolved] Xiaomi India — mi india regarding not getting refund | |||
I have purchased mobile "Mi A3 Not just Blue 6GB+128GB" on 30th Sep 2019 and returned it by not accepting the delivery as per customer case instructed. Later on they have said the refund will be credited to original payment source within 8-10 days. But till today 25th Nov 2019 I have not received my refund amount. They got my complain and called 2 -3 times but not able to provide refund. Order id is: [protected], . They have provided the return ref number, ARN number[protected]. I have checked with bank and checking the statement regularly and no payment is received. Its almost 2 months and a mi.com india is not able to provide me refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
