Xiaomi India — mi note 3 mobile not work proper

I have used mi note 3 i have face some problem in my cell so i reached my phone your mi store in rajkot (Gujarat) kalawad road cosmocomplex branch they have not give answer properly not work proper now till i have cell handover them 18/07/2017 they cant give answer about it and tolled me they not open job work and not diagnose my phone and i wait more than one week for my phone but my bussiness on my phone i have report mail and net banking problem face so take action and give me answer why i use next time your cell
