Dear sir/ madam,
I have purchased, note 4 mobile on 5august2017 for my uncle (Aged55), within 20days phone was self dead on 28august2017. I went to the service center at chennai on 9th sept. I was told mother board is gone & much more.
It would take them time to replace all the internal parts.
I raised a complaint to mi service center on this, told them i dont want my phone to be repaired. I wanted a replacement phone. Customer care floor manager was kind enough to me & gave me assurance that he will discuss with his higher ups & get back to me on monday (11-sept-17).
As per his commitment, i received call from customer care arrogant girl. She was so damn arrogant. Doesnt want to listen to my heeds. She kept on saying same thing. Phone cannot be replaced, if required goto service centre & take your phone.
I have instructed service centre folks, not to replace anything until i confirm the same. Which they obliged to that.
This girl, was so arrogant & started pushing me to go & take the phone or do whatever i would like you.
Request you to please look into this.
