Xiaomi India — mi tv 32 inch not installed

My tv is not yet installed, after repeated request and formalities no one came to install my tv, everyday it is assured to me that the tv will be installed today but after the end of the day no outcome, this is happening from last 3 day,
They are just telling me that installation will be done ar earliest, but since 4 days no result
Even customer care executives giving false assurances that installation will be done at earliest
