My name is ravi kumar. My no. [protected]. Mobile - redmi k20 pro. I bought my new phone on[protected]. When i gave the mobile phone to service care (Bhagalpur, bihar) on[protected] to resolve the problem of my blinking display, your technician told me that we submit the mobile phone without the screen guard. So your technician take out my newly phone screen guard and submit my phone and told me that it will resolve in 4 to 5 days. At that time my screen was in excellent condition. And after that when technician return my mobile phone on[protected], no problem was resolved and your technician told me that it is out of warranty and you need to pay rs 24895 to resolve it. And also when they return my mobile phone i found many scratch on the mobile screen and also back side of the camera, rubber like material is coming out of it. But in paper delivery date mentioned is on[protected] but i got my newly phone on[protected] by your technician. So, i request you kindly replace my newly mobile phone or change the scratch display and back side of the camera from which rubber like material is coming out of it. And also take necessary and needful action against your technician because of mishandling of my newly mobile phone it screen got scratch and rubber like materials is coming out from the side of the camera.
