Xiaomi India — mobile off automatic and lost all data

Address:Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Yesterday my mobile was on charging and after sometime it will switched off and when my open my mob. It will not switched on easily after sometime it will on and mobile will be format automatically and also mobile data, WiFi, and GPS turned on by default while when I plug mob. On charging that time everything is off... Tell me plz how can it possible?

I recently went to mi service centre regarding my battery charging problem they changed the charging socket of my phone but now it again is not charging properly
