Xiaomi India — motherboard of redmi note 4 damaged by service centre

This is in further reference to my complaint on 14/11/17 against your service centre at hazra road - infotel. Today morning, somebody from your office called me and informed me that a mail had been sent to me acknowledging receipt of my complaint and customer care people would contact me by today. Neither a mail has been received by me nor any customer care people has contacted me so far.

I again draw your attention to my complaint as follows:
On 14/11/17, on production of my redmi note 4 device for necessary repairing to infotel, they informed me that charger connector was broken. After detailed inspection of the device for almost an hour, they informed me that front cover display module and subboard assy need to be replaced at my cost though the device was still under warranty. Accordingly, an inspection sheet was prepared and a copy thereof was given to me. Then they took another one and half hours for the repairing and kept telling me that repairing was almost complete. Then, suddenly they informed me that the mother board was now damaged and i need to pay for that also. I strongly refused to pay as the damage to the mother board was obviously caused by them during the repairing process. If not, why they had failed to detect the damage during their detailed inspection. Now, the device is completely unusable and i am feeling helpless.

I request you for action against the centre and suggest me how i can again make my device usable.

One more thing. Please inform me whether i need to pay for the front cover display module and subboard assy at all as the device is still under warranty and the warranty excludes only the damages caused by the user in or on the surface of the device.

Yesterday, somebody from MI Customer Care called me.Heard me for a few minutes. However, no resolution offered.It is already 5 days from lodgement of my complaint.

On 20/11/2017, I again lodged the complaint to the online support team of Xaomi (service.[protected]@xaomi.com).On 21st, a person from their end called me and I had to narrate the entire story once again.Though he assured me to call back, no development has taken place so far despite reminders.

My phone have been switched off automatically and not on back when I was typing a message in WhatsApp. I don't know what's happened. It's been only 2 months I have taken my Redmi 4 through Amazon. Really regretting that with went for this Redmi brand rather than other brands.
Advice me if warranty is available.
