[Resolved] Xiaomi India — need help regarding mobile service issue | |||||
Mobile(red mi) charging issue under warranty period. service center opened panel after seeing water indication litmus paper, he said mobile doesn't cover under warranty due to water exposed. indeed i didn't expose to device to any water related, more ever there are 2 indicators one has changed color and other didn't. he said we "don't know those all" despite he is technical person therefore i raise a complaint to customer care after 4 days they said we couldn't help you & said service center decision is final complain id of customer care:[protected] client number: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
Sep 15, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I called to their customer care and chat with them clearly my concern with photo of mobile and provide IMEI number.they finally said we are not responsible for any of those and also said service center decision was final.
