Xiaomi India — new redmi note 5 pro mobile is giving trouble always | |||
I bought my new redmi note 5 pro mobile from flip cart on oct 12, 2018. On the same day i face receiver, loud speaker problem and videos showing videos blur in some website. I went to redmi customer service in madurai on 30 oct 2018 to give complaint. There they checked and replaced the receiver and load speaker, for video blur problem they ignored. But problem didnt solved at last. For second time i went to give complaint on charging problem. As it was taking more than 6 hours just charging only 60% only. At this time they replaced charger cable. But they refused to take second time on receiver and load speaker and video blur problem. Today dec 06 2018 i am facing new problem like i am not able to listen any music through heal phone. I told them on 30 oct 2018 that my mobile is defective and take appropriate action on this. I want my money back or they need to replace by new mobile. Please help me on this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Last month I had purchased MI LED TV (4A PRO), but the person came for installation didn't shown any demo and he is asking money for installation.

Who's Faultnis this.. even i am not getting this on warranty also. Though phone is only 6months old..
