Sir/madam 5% cashback scheduled on 29/12/2017, for payment made through SBI debit card against Order ID: [protected] (redmi Note 4, 4GB+64GB) has not been received so far. My purchase was during the period September 27 to september 29(Celebrate Diwali with Mi - 27th to 29th Sep, 10 am onwards). during online chatting before placing order on MI site on september 29, MI customer care representative also confirm that I am eligible for 5% cashback on purchase of redmi Note 4. My display is broken. i bought mobile on[protected] in Bangalore jayanagar store. While buying they didn't explain about display quality now they are saying display quality is poor in Redmi y1 that's is the reason and it will not cover under warranty. If i am Asking customer care they are sending thank you for feedback
