[Resolved] Xiaomi India — Old damaged mobile delivered | |||
I ordered the mi Redmi Note 9 Pro Mobile online in mi store and when the order came and opened, I saw an old Samsung j7 damage mobile box inside was completely packed. Samsung's j7 mobile came out when I requested xiaomi India, it said you send photos of box and product i send all photos and unboxing video Later he said that the item was sent well from our side. Oct 14, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved First I called the company and registered the complaint Then that loco gave me a complaint number and them he gave all the pictures Then I send him all the photos and after a day or two, his email came that the seal product was sent from us, so we close your complaint.
