I have purchased the mi tv on 15th january 2019 model no - mi4a pro 43
Mi published in the site those who are buying with hdfc credit cards will get 1500/- cash back, since i am following up religiously no body bother to resolve the problem, i have submitted my credit card statement as a proof of purchase,

I have registered a compliant three times woin[protected], customer care people are so rude no body is going to take responsibility

I request consumer department to help me in getting the same
