Xiaomi India — Phone charging issue from the first day of purchase | |
I m purchased MI note 9 pro max 28th of february from mi home situated in nit 5 faridabad haryana. From the first day of purchase I m facing charing connecting n disconnecting issue in my phone. 2nd day of purchase I m visiting mi service center situated in nit 5 opposite banke bihari mandir faridabad haryana. But they can't take my problem seriously. They said u have to show problem in front o[censored]s. They deny to submit my phone after that i m contact mi call support system. They guide me go to service n submit ur phone for quality check. After 3 visit of service center they submitted my phone for quality check. After two days they return my phone n said their is no problem in ur device. They recorded quality check in phone. After came back to my house. I checking screen recording recorded by service center problem shown on that device presist. But they don't take any step for satisfaction a customer. After that i complain to company via mail with video. But their representative also not helpful they guide me to visit another service center of mi situated in sector 16 main market faridabad haryana. They almost took 2 month 24 visit 8 job sheet 3 data cable replacement one charger replacement 1 Subboard changed but they can't resolve my phone problem. 64 days total done from purchase of this phone but i dont get any Resolvence. I m file almost all type of complain against company. But they don't give any suitable Resolvence.
